If you are a christian girl who is involved in women ministry, you must know how hard and tiring it is. It’s simply because ministering to other women involve relationships that sometimes (or most of the times) go really deep. It’s very common that women share their burden/problems with each other (from what i’ve told, it’s helping them to sort of dump the problem to another person, yeah thanks Lina for dumping yours to me :P), and is it just me, or women are just full of problems???? And I think women are easier to open up to each other in personal level. Oh gosh, I can’t imagine, if I have to do women ministry, it’s like following up 5 Linas! Have to listen to their problems, have to comfort them and when they start crying.. or if they just have a lousy day, emotionally unstable… too much too much! Oh not to mention, if someone who is doing ministry to the women as well, having a clash with you, the thought of two women disliking each other… scary..
But in the positive side, for someone who is doing women ministry, I think because of the level of involvement, she can influence the other women better.. with guys, if you teach/tell them something, there’s no way knowing whether they agreeing or wanting to make a change, they just nod and say yes, I understand, but God knows what they really think.. sigh personal experience telling me so..
