Since diagnosed with liver problem as mentioned earlier here, I have observed quite strict eating and exercise regime. Lina with her cooking talent has managed to make my diet so easy to bare, in fact I don’t feel like dieting at all (well miss the biscuits and sweet stuffs that I used to eat a lot). Been walking home from work to Eastgarden (35 mins walk) and started to go to gym too plus the usual weekly soccer. I also started to do some weights, and also bought a gym ball last week, yay!
I started with 101.75 and now I weigh 97.30, I’m happy, but there’s still so much more to lose.
