When I was reading a computer magazine today, I came across an ad by an organisation called Business Software Association of Australia. Basically this organisation is set to combat software piracy in Australia, in its website you can report people/companies that are using pirated software and you can get paid up to $5000 for the information. Quite scary huh?

I went to interview on wednesday for an IT selling position. The interviewer asked me what are the important things in a salesman. I answered him the things that David Jones had taught me, things like: building relationship, be friendly and stuffs like that..

Apparenlty my answer wasn’t the one that he’s after, he still asked the same question for few times, I felt bad already.. He finally said, the most important thing is listening to customer’s needs.

Of course, that’s very obvious, it just didn’t occur to me at that point of time, or maybe I did imply that by building good relationship with the customer. But I reckon diferrent people have different opinion on that matter..

Went for an induction at Coles Burwood today.. Spent nearly 6 hours of watching videos and signing up papers, it was very boring, i was so sleepy.. but hey I am paid to watch videos!!!!

So I officially from today I am working for Coles. I will be working at Coles Broadway starting tomorrow (which is a sad thing coz I am gonna miss the Pelita missionary night). I hope I can talk my manager through, to let me go to MYC.

I am now a part of “Serving you better” team 🙂

I am bloggin to kill time, in 1/2 hour time i will meet up with an old friend Eduard Lahey.. he used to be in Pelita/Focus while he was studying in UNSW..
now he is married to weiwei and has a daughter.. I am equipped with digital camera ready to take picture of the baby (and her parents of course..)

It’s still cloudy today in spore.. hm I’m wondering why i havent bumped into any ex focusers.. what do they usually do, where do they usually go??

It’s 4:34pm and it’s raining now.. I know I haven’t blogged enough, my internet connection back there in indo is quite bad (46k at best..), well it’s just an excuse, i have been busy catching up with friends and family back there.
Now i’m in spore with no friends 🙁
