Who would send a baby

Just talking with Lina just now – she was reading cards that I’ve written to her during when we were going out. Apparently in one of the cards – I mentioned that there is this song that I really want her to listen, but I never got around to get a hold of the song for her.

Well, this the song that I sung back in Indonesia as part of the church choir. I’m pretty sure we sung this for a Christmas service (judging from the lyrics). But yeah, it’s a really good song (hymn) – the lyrics is faithful and the tune is really nice too.

So a quick Google reveals that the song is called “Who would send a baby”, it is written by Mary Kay Beall. I couldn’t find the lyrics anywhere on the web, I suppose I can write it down by listening to the song – but not sure if I would infringe any copyright law by doing so.

You can give it a listen at Hope Publishing site just click the song title under the Listen with the Hope Player section.

God loves Muslims

I have been trying to keep up with the readings in the 30 Days booklet – which is basically a prayer booklet for Christians to pray for Muslims (Moslems) especially during the month or Ramadhan.

Something that should have been obvious to us believers but it never really makes sense in my head until now: God loves Muslims and as He desires all people to come to know him, so He desires Muslims to come into a living relationship with him only through Jesus.

Something for me to ponder.
